Simply load up your Smart Money account and you can buy any PhilCare prepaid health card as needed!
Here's how it works:
- Smart users can conveniently purchase hospital and clinic health packages and pay through mobile devices using Smart Money
- PhilCare's ER Vantage products provide Filipinos immediate access to quality and efficient emergency health care at very affordable prices
- The emergency hospitalization cards are for individuals 6 months to 64 years old
- Prepaid cards will be delivered straight to the users
- Once the card is received, benefits may already be availed 7 days after successful SMS registration
Smart subscribers can choose from the following prepaid cards and pay using Smart Money:
- ER Vantage (Emergency Care and Hospitalization)
- One-time use prepaid health card, which covers hospital emergency care leading to hospitalization
- Includes diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Nationwide access to over 400 PhilCare affiliated hospitals
- Variants include:
- ERV40 (P900 for health benefits of up to P40,000)
- ERV60 (P1,100 for health benefits of up to P60,000)
- ERV80 (P1,300 for health benefits of up to P80,000).
- ER Shield (ERS)
- One-time use health card, which covers out-patient hospital emergency room care
- Available for P800 with up to P50,000 in health benefits
- Includes diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Nationwide access to over 400 PhilCare affiliated hospitals
- Smart Check-Up (SCB)
- Covers annual physical examination or pre-employment package available for P499 that includes tests such as:
- Medical History Taking, Physical Examination, Chest X-Ray, Complete Blood Count, Urinalysis, and Fecalysis
- SCB card can be used at any PhilCare Clinics and Hi-Precision Diagnostics branches in Metro Manila
For non-Smart Telecom subscribers, you can still purchase prepaid health cards through more than 30,000 Smart Padala centers nationwide and other Smart Telecom partner outlets. Simply go to your nearest Smart Padala outlet to avail of the cards. Transaction fee for purchasing these cards are only P2.50.
You can also purchase directly from PhilCare’s website at www.philcare.com.ph/products. If you purchase through Smart eMoney, delivery for your card is free.
