Rainy season is here and I'm both happy and sad. Since it's back to school also, rainy days can be a major inconvenience and cause class suspensions. On the upside, it's always fun to dress up and have different sets of outerwear to keep us dry, especially for my kids. As a practical shopper, I always check out SM Kids for trendy and affordable outfits for my tween boy and sporty girl.
When I went shopping with the girl, she wanted a shirt with the cat print she saw on the SM Kids poster. Well, we didn't find it, and instead, she was drawn to this polka-dotted raglan shirt with a lace bunny patch. Ang cute, diba?
This was her sporty OOTD last weekend.
She also got this neon colored windbreaker for light protection when it rains.
More rain jackets in bright and pretty colors and prints available, but stocks are running low so I suggest you grab one for your little misses.
Spotted in SM Kids Fashion are these sporty ensembles for girls -- layering is the perfect way to dress up for the season.
Put on a simple shirt over denim and leggings, and top with a cool hoodie jacket. We got that gray shirt above too. Look at this adorable Hello Kitty outfit! Too bad my girl is not fond of this kitty.
This boy has always been partial to cozy jackets and pullovers. He always want to layer his shirts. So, here's the boy in a playful mood while I was trying to take snapshots of his OOTD before we left for his drums class earlier. I love the red collared shirt on him matched with denim shorts and army green hoodie.
I also got this preppy set for him coz he still wears what mommy buys for him, heehee... taking advantage while I still have influence over his way of dressing. And I got that knitted vest on sale for less than P200!
This is another layered look for boys that I really dig. Long-sleeved inner shirt under a short-sleeved hoody, a cool twist this this outfit.
With the wet and windy months ahead, there's no reason to look drab and boring. Get stylish clothes and rain gear from SM Kids' rainy season collection and have fun layering them!
