Foodie Friday: What Have I Been Eating???

First Friday of the month: Food Finds / Dessert

Dessert. Cake. Ice Cream. Nuts. Chocolate. For the past month, my foodie finds have been mostly baked goods and sweets, except for this natural cracked pili nut. I really have a sweet tooth and it's simply a challenge for me to refuse desserts. The sad truth is that I have an intolerance for gluten and eggs -- what pastries are mainly made of. Well, Mother's Day naman...okay, Mother's month, hehehe, so I'll "cheat" na muna! =)



Just over the past few days, I've indulged in decadent chocolate baked goodies that were given to me as a Mother's Day treat. It's a fabulous time to be a (blogger)mom right now! I am so grateful *blessed* and thrilled to receive these gifts.

CARAMEL PECAN DARK COOKIE CAKE

I am a chocoholic. This moist flourless decadent chocolate cake is layered with custard and covered in rich choco ganache. Simply divine! I didn't expect this to be flourless!!!
